Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology
The providers at WomanCare Center offer expert gynecologic consultation for girls and young women and provide support in that transition from pediatric to gynecologic care. We provide services for the diagnosis and management of a full range of gynecologic concerns in young women.
Conditions diagnosed and treated:
- Abnormal uterine bleeding
- Amenorrhea (no periods)
- Dysmenorrhea (painful periods)
- PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome)
- Vaginitis
- Pelvic pain
- Premenstrual syndrome

- Initial gynecologic exam
- Contraception counseling
- Menstrual management for special needs patients
- STD testing and treatment
- HPV (human papilloma virus) vaccination
- Surgical management of ovarian, vaginal and perineal abnormalities
